He founded JOINT Partners with a clear purpose: to help business owners and leadership teams bring order, structure, and professionalism to their organizations. His background as a Mechanical Engineer combined with executive management experience allows him to connect strategic vision with day-to-day operational reality. Direct, pragmatic, and results oriented — he listens, analyzes, simplifies, and executes.
